Welcome to SC Hammers Soccer Academy. By accessing our website, registering for programs, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
SC Hammers Soccer Academy offers youth soccer training, tryouts, and summer camps for boys and girls ages 4–15. Enrollment is subject to availability and program requirements. We reserve the right to accept or decline registrations at our discretion.
Trial sessions (up to 2 free sessions) are offered at no charge and do not guarantee enrollment or continued participation.
Program fees are communicated directly to enrolled families. Fees are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by SC Hammers Soccer Academy. Payment plans may be available upon request.
All players, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other players, and families. SC Hammers Soccer Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without refund.
Participants must be in good physical health to participate in training sessions. SC Hammers Soccer Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, tryouts, games, or camp activities. Parents and guardians assume all risk of participation.
In case of a medical emergency, we will contact the emergency contacts provided during registration and seek appropriate medical assistance.
By enrolling in our programs, you grant SC Hammers Soccer Academy permission to photograph or record players and families during training sessions, games, and events for use in promotional materials, social media, and our website. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing at info@schammers.com.
By submitting a form or contacting SC Hammers Soccer Academy, you consent to receive SMS/text messages about programs, schedules, tryouts, billing, and updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

SC Hammers Soccer Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances. We will communicate changes as promptly as possible via phone, SMS, or email.
SC Hammers Soccer Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County or DuPage County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
